Video: Ingen & Boris Noiz – Rituals EP Promo Video

Finally out for release this week is Ingen & Boris Noiz’s Rituals EP on Combat Recordings, label boss Stormfield has put together a video which you can check below as well as stream the whole release in full and buy via the Bandcamp player.

Video: Drone Higher Electronic States

We’ve noted a new project from Death In Vegas’s Richard Fearless of late nodding to the dark basement spaces of the world and drawing on some really deep acidic grooves along the way. He’s released a new record this week on self-helmed label Drone and this video to go with it. There’s more info on the project and buying the record here.

The Week Just Missed In Video: DJ Stingray, Second Storey, Eomac + Room 13

Last week we offered a round up of a range of mixes the interwebs had to offer this week there’s been a load of videos that have come to null+void’s attention that need to be shared.

DJ Stingray on Boiler Room, showing in full force.

Second Storey talks in depth on production and previews some of his forthcoming debut album for Houndstooth

Eomac – Crackts [KILLEKILL 018] – taken from his forthcoming album Spectre, video by the 29th November films

Room 13 – Room 13 (ILA001)

Not strictly a video proper but it’s a stream of a track from Bass Junkie and DMX Krew’s new record and the debut for I Love Acid’s vinyl only imprint. Only 303 copies pressed and selling fast the label advise you grab one asap.

Video: DNTEL Leaving Records x Boiler Room Los Angeles Live Set

This is something a bit different from Boiler Room, instead of a feed of a load of people crowded round a DJ, for this live set from DNTEL the view’s restricted small room packed full of electronic gear and a ram jammed modular synth unit. I think I prefer it this way. What follows is a superbly indulgent jam session and something I’ve really enjoyed getting into today.

Video: Anklepants on The Network Awesome Show

Anklepants may the the must unnerving to look at electronic music maker there is, so in this newly upped video for Network Awesome prepare to be grossed out by his headwear but also in a way it’s refreshing to have someone singing about dicks instead of tits for once. The song’s taken from the animatronics master performs is also available to buy on his Bandcamp page here.

Video: Clark – Superscope

New Clark techno with a video by Vincent Oliver, if you’ve seen Clark play live this year you’ll have seen the oscilloscope used to create the video in action. The track’s taken of a 12″ due out on Warp at the end of the month and this track was premiered by Fact Magazine who also published an interesting interview with the beats creator alongside it here. It’s worth reading for this quote alone:

Then I was jammy and made that huge slab of granular noise that comes in at the end, total accident. I thought ‘oooooooooooh-yuuummmmmm’ animal noises eclipsed language.

Video: Skudge – Wonder Stories [ACR Mix]

Answer Code Request also produces under his mother given name Patrick Gaiser albeit with a limited Discography at this point in time. He’s Berlin / Ostgut crew and under the wing of Marcel Dettman secured this remix for Skudge. Different to his more upfront techno he releases under his own name, ACR is more genre defying formed of broken, organic sounds (all produced on Ableton for the geeks) underpinned with a moving sub bass line. Look to Two Lone Swordsmen and Al Tourettes if you want to categorise it better.

Watch out for a London date later this year and a release on Dettman’s MDR Recordings.
