The latest from 11th Hour recordings is Outrider EP by Matt Chester, which is out soon. We found that his trademark hardware made electro sound is formed into some very nice acid house with a twist. Reverse Evolution the beat is played upon with sparkles and melodic jazz improv diversions. The title track Outrider reverts to an electro broken beat and ambient dynamic that rounds off the EP nicely.

2009 has seen Catalepsia already have 2 releases on Nice & Nasty records and appeared alongside n+v favourite Matt Chester doing remixes on Bass Shifter EP.

This EP includes an angular metalic remix from La Noirude slicing up the beats and sounds with an edge of stabbing rave and a deeper acidic one from Infected gAs, both versions dancefloor ready.

The original holds the strongest vibe of the track deep and engulfing with the main theme rising periodically that builds throughout the track. Catalepsia's high quality this year make him one to much if you want an edgy sound to your techno while remaining pure.

So I woke up this morning, the weekend after the last bank holiday of '09 and all my holiday and more taken for the year with the stark realisation that this is it until Christmas Monday to Friday every work day in the office 5 out of the 7 days.
